1. Determine the best location for the Owl Pro.
In both a small and large conference room, place the Owl in the centre of the table. It should be no more than eight feet from the farthest participant.
2. Turn the Owl over and plug in the USB cable and power adapter.
The Owl will automatically power on once plugged into the wall power socket. Next, connect the Owl to your laptop or device with the USB cable. The Owl works with both Windows and Mac devices.
3. Load your video conferencing platform and choose the Meeting Owl for audio and video.
Once the Owl has been plugged in, load your video conferencing platform and select the Meeting Owl as your video, microphone, and speaker. The Meeting Owl Pro works with video conferencing software like Zoom, Teams, Skype and more.
4. Start your meeting.
You're ready to get your meeting started. Return to your video conferencing software and start your meeting.
